    The building is nice and the rooms are well-appointed and quiet. The staff is courteous and polite. The service is great with free parking available and exceptional meals. Great to have concierge service and ironing free of charge.

    The room is not very clean.

    Terrific service, perfect and beautifully designed hotel.

    What a good location near road construction! And just off the restaurant as well as Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Comfortable bed, well-appointed and neat room with an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a work desk. Nice views, satisfactory breakfast with refills.

    The rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed unwinding with a drink from the minibar while catching a show on the LCD TV. Staff were really good-I especially appreciated Mr Anil's help . Don't miss trying the hotel's dining options, as they were good! Just keep in mind, the layout can be a bit tricky.

    I did find it challenging to get in and out of the bath. It could be awkward for some guests.

    The highlight was the staff, who were super helpful, especially when they upgraded us to a twin room with a view of the taj. The food was good, and the rooftop pool had amazing views. Plus, the fitness center was a great bonus for my workout routine.

    The breakfast spread was legit, offering some of the best local flavors to fuel up for a day of exploring! Plus, the staff were super chill and eager to help. Oh, and the rooftop swimming pool? Pure bliss with a panoramic view of Agra!

    A bit strange that foreigners get Nescafe while locals sip the better Indian coffee. Everyone should sip on the local brew!

    Family with children quite enjoyable

    The food was delicious,, especially the pasta that was customized just for my kids. The staff was great too.
